Perth Energy will:

• Conduct all activities in compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and licence requirements, and Company Environment and Sustainability Policy.
• Integrate environmental and sustainable development issues into its corporate planning, operations and decision-making processes.
• Convey environmental requirements to Company personnel, contractors, consultants and visitors.
• Undertake regular audits of all its operations, including those conducted by contractors and consultants to the Company, to ensure that performance standards are maintained at the highest levels.
• Provide regular environmental training programs for management and staff.
• Engender in Company personnel and contractors engaged by the Company, a sense of responsibility for the environment in which they operate.
• Manage our operations through an internationally accepted Environmental Management System that is underpinned by continuous improvement.
• Work to and publicly report on environmental targets.
• Be a project leader and enabler of renewable energy.
• Undertake community consultation with respect to environmental issues associated with all Company developments.
• Implement cost-effective measures to abate greenhouse gas emissions.
• Ensure the principles of waste minimisation and cleaner production are implemented in all our operations.
