Having trouble signing in to MyAccount? Try the following troubleshooting tips

  1. Check that you have activated MyAccount
    • If you have registered for MyAccount, please ensure that you have clicked on the link in the verification email to confirm your registration. If the link has expired, please re-register again.
  2. Reset your password
    • If you can’t sign in to MyAccount, simply reset your password and sign in again with your new password.
  3. Clear your browsing data (or cache)
    • You’ll notice that your browser remembers your login information. Make sure your browser hasn’t stored old or incorrect details such as your old email address or password.
