Account Dashboard
Your Account Dashboard is the first page you see when you sign in. It’s a summary of your account and where you can access the Account Menu (on the right, in teal colour) for various information to your selected account.
For users with multiple accounts, the Account Dashboard will be displayed when you have selected an account after sign in.
(1) The Account Dashboard provides a quick overview of your account – View a month-to-month summary of your recent energy spend, see your account balance, and check when your next payment is due
(2) The Account Menu – Access other information regarding your business energy account
(3) Your Perth Energy Account Number and a link back to All Accounts (for those with multiple accounts) or the Account Dashboard (for those with a single account)
(4) The main menu for MyAccount – Click on ‘Account Enquiry’ to send us an enquiry or a service request for the account you’re in. The Account Enquiry page is also accessible under ‘Enquiry’ in the Account Menu.
Navigating the Account Menu
(1) Bills and Payments – Access all your bills and payment history in a single place, View upcoming payments, Pay your energy bill
(2) Usage and Metering – The page provides a summary and comparison of your monthly and daily business energy usage (in kWh) and demand (in kVAh). Click and drag the selector 
to view your usage for selected periods. You can also download and export the usage data as a csv file.
(3) Account Details – You can view the bill delivery method, as well as manage your contact number, as well as your email address and password for MyAccount. You can also view the current bill delivery method.
(4) Enquiry – Send us an enquiry or a service request for the account you’re in.
If you’re using a mobile device
(1) Main menu – Manage your details, Pay online, Visit the Help Centre, Contact us or Sign out
(2) Account Menu – Access your energy account information, including transaction history, usage data and authorised users.
