To access MyAccount, you will need to register with your email address and your Perth Energy Account Number (can be found on your bill). Your email address must be the same as the one we have on file that is associated with your business account.

- Step 2: Enter your details and follow the instructions.
- Step 3: After you have submitted your registration request, please check your email inbox for a verification email to activate MyAccount.
Please ensure that you have clicked on the link in the verification email to activate MyAccount.
Who can register for MyAccount?
Any registered owners or anyone who is an authorised person on the account can register. If you would like to give anyone else access to your account details, please contact us with their details to authorise them. This is quick and easy and once that’s done, they can simply register for MyAccount and set up their account access.
Please note: If you are not the Account owner, we advise you to have the Account owner register first.
