Why can’t I add my electricity account?

There are a number of reasons why you might not be able to add your electricity account:

  • Your email address and/or account number don’t match our records.
  • You entered a non-existent account number, or your account is currently inactive.
  • Your email address not associated with the account.
  • You are not an authorised person on the account.

Please check your Perth Energy bill and ensure that you have entered the correct account number. If you are not an authorised person on the account, we advise you to have the Account Owner contact us to add and authorise a new person.
